Indian Summer, that period of exceptionally warm weather that we get at the end of September and through to October. Balmy warm days and cool evenings, a perfect time for a beautiful glass of ale.

This showcases our opportunity to brew different beers without the commercial pressures of a larger brewery. The saison yeast we love to use was delicately added to a traditional IPA recipe to produce an outstanding beer. The flavour of the hops enhanced by the yeast to produce a smooth very drinkable beer which belies its strength at 7.3% ABV.

To further show our desire to produce adventurous beers, we dry hopped one cask with motueka hops from New Zealand.
